Manokwari, (DBK)— Jeane Marie Tulung, Director General of Christian Community Guidance, Ministry of Religious Affairs, is in Manokwari, West Papua, on a working visit. On Monday, May 13, 2023, at the VIP Room of Rendani Airport, Manokwari, the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Papua, the Secretary of the Directorate General of Christian Community Guidance, and the Assistant III Regional Secretary of West Papua Province welcomed the Director General. The plane carrying the Director General arrived in Manokwari at 08:15 WIT.

She disembarked and proceeded to the VIP room, where she was greeted by the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Papua, Luksen James Mayor; Secretary of the Directorate General of Christian Community Guidance, Johni Tilaar; and Assistant III Regional Secretary of West Papua Province, Otto Parorrongan. During her visit, the Director General will inspect the preparations for the 14th National Church Choir Festival (Pesparawi) in Manokwari, West Papua. Launching the mascot for the 14th National Church Choir Festival is on the main agenda of the Director General on this visit. From the airport, the Director General and her entourage went directly to the Governor's Office of West Papua to launch the mascot for the National Church Choir Festival. They participated in a joint assembly with the State Civil Apparatus of the West Papua Provincial Government and the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Papua.
