Klemens Taran, S.Ag., directly monitors the implementation of the selection of additional technical competencies (SKTT) for prospective government employees with a work agreement (CPPPK) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs for fiscal year 2023. The implementation of this selection took place at the Iain Fattahul Muluk Papua Tarbiyah building on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. In order to ensure a smooth selection process, the head of the regional office was accompanied by various parties, including Iain Vice Rector Fattahul Muluk Papua, Dr. H. Talabudin Umkabu, S. Ag, M.Pd., and a number of other relevant officials, such as the head of the regional office of the Ministry of Religion of Papua Province, the head of the office of the Ministry of Religion of Jayapura City, the head of the Papua BDK, and the sub-coordinator of the sub-Division of Personnel and law of the regional office of the Ministry of Religion of Papua province. On the occasion, Kakanwil thanked the personnel and legal team of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Papua, IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua, the Ministry of Religion of Jayapura City, and BDK Papua, who had worked together in synergy to implement the SKTT CPPPK, involving joint participants from the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Papua, IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua, and BDK Papua. Kakanwil also reminded all participants to comply with all SKTTT CPPPPK implementation rules. In addition, he emphasizes the importance of carefully reading and understanding the announcement, as any omission can have an impact on participants. Kakanwil hopes that the implementation of the test can run smoothly, and he encouraged the participants to answer the test questions well. "Our presence here is a form of moral support for friends who are struggling. Do the questions carefully, do not rush, and pay attention to the time, so what is answered is in accordance with the requested statement," he said. SKTT CPPPK, this time in the form of a religious moderation test using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) system. Participants are required to attend 60 minutes before the selection process begins for the registration process and examination of the completeness of the participant's requirements documents. The selection committee conducts careful registration, checks the suitability of the face on the exam card, and checks electronic devices and other items that are not allowed into the exam room. The total number of participants who participated in the CPPPK SKTT was 72, which was divided into 2 sessions. In accordance with the schedule, the first session was attended by 36 people (2 participants were absent without explanation), and the second session was also attended by 36 people. Each session lasts for 90 minutes. With close supervision and good coordination between various related parties, it is expected that the selection process for SKTT CPPPK can run smoothly and fairly for all participants.
