57 YEARS OF QUALITY LEADER CADRE LABORATORY IN PAPUA

The Association of Young Members [PAM] of GKI in the Land of Papua is a laboratory that creates GKI church leaders, both national and regional. Not a few church leaders and public officials who were born through leadership poses from the womb of the ministry named PAM.

This alliance is proven to create the best cadres who lead in the Land of Papua; the proof is Barnabas Suebu, former governor of Papua; Frans Wospakrik, former rector of Ucen; Costan Karma, former Secretary of Papua; and many more.

Through the momentum of PAM GKI's birthday in Papua, the 57th (December 18, 2023) can create solidity and ecumenism as an effort to realize a United Church youth's character and capacity in accordance with the Pam Motto: Be an example. [I Tim 4:12]

Considering that in Papua there are many things that require innovation and creativity from PAM, there are many smart people in Papua, but few people fear God on this land. Therefore, it cannot be denied that many problems such as human rights, the environment, free association, and others on a rich land cannot be solved by leaders on this land because they do not fear God.

It can only be solved with leaders who grow, rooted in church containers like PAM. Hopefully this paper will also be useful for GKI youth to see leaders who grow in the Pam service forum at the 2024 Democratic political party with the election of candidates and regional heads. There are many lazy people but few faithful people, and there are many smart people but few god-fearing people.
