THE PASTOR'S WIFE GOES MISSING WITH ANOTHER WOMAN INVOLVED IN A CHILD CUSTODY DISPUTE.

Officials at the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation were worried about the fate of a pastor's wife who disappeared with another woman when the two were supposed to pick up the children on Saturday. "There is every reason to believe that they could be in danger," Hunter McKee, an OSBI representative, told ABC News. The two women, Veronica Butler (27) and Jilian Kelley (39), disappeared suspiciously after their vehicles were found abandoned near Highway 95 and Road L, south of Elkhart, Kansas, in rural Texas County. Jilian Kelley is the wife of Pastor Heath Kelley, who recently agreed to serve as the new pastor at Willow Christian Church in Nebraska starting in June. Authorities and local law enforcement agencies are working together to locate the two women. They are asking for help from the public to provide any information that can help in the investigation. Information from court documents shows that Veronica Butler, who is also the mother of two children about to be picked up, was involved in a fierce custody dispute with the father of the children, Wrangler Cole Rickman. In a motion filed in the Cimarron County Court in Oklahoma in November last year, it was revealed that there was a conflict regarding the arrangement of supervised visits for children between Butler and the father's side of the family. Tifany Adams, the children's paternal grandmother, opposed any adjustments in supervised visitation arrangements on the grounds that the children had been sexually abused while under Butler's care. The documents also mention that Rickman was a drug addict who was unfit to care for his children. However, Adams trusted Butler more than Rickman to protect the children. Meanwhile, teams from First Christian Church Hugoton and Willow Christian Church offered prayers and hope that the two missing women would soon be found safely. "Please pray for these women. Please pray that Jillian and her friend Veronica are safe and that they are found soon," the church said in a Facebook post. The case is still under investigation, and authorities are asking anyone with information to report it immediately. It is hoped that the whereabouts of these two women can be revealed soon for their safety and security.
